As experts in our industry, we welcome your questions.
Here are answers to questions customers frequently ask.
What’s the difference in pricing between a three-season and an all-season room?
Prices vary depending upon the scope of the project. But in general, an all-season room costs about twice as much as a three-season room.
Is it necessary to have a foundation for a sunroom?
Yes. It must have a frost-resistant foundation. However, it’s not necessary to have poured walls or a concrete slab. We have other options for creating a frost-resistant foundation.
Do your sunrooms come in standard sizes?
Every project is unique. We build each sunroom based on individual family needs and preferences.
How much does a sunroom cost per square foot?
Our sunrooms aren’t priced by the square foot. Prices vary based on a number of factors including length, width and height.
Can you build a new deck over an existing deck?
It’s possible. However, we must check to see if your existing deck was built based on your community’s building codes and if the foundation is frost resistant.
